  • I already use other limousine reservation software that I love. I don’t want to switch nor do I want to retrain my staff on a new system, so why should I?

    You don’t need to switch; keep your existing software. Reservenow does not replace your current system. Most companies integrate it with their limoanywhere system and some use it as a standalone system. Training your staff is fast and easy, just like the Reservenow system.

  • The way we quote customers now seems to work just fine, why should I change?

    The average lead conversion rate in the industry is about 8 to 10 percent. With Reservenow, you can increase your lead close rate and thus increase your sales. Increasing the close rate is the most effective way to increase sales. Advertising and marketing create only more unqualified leads that you need to manage. This system, instead, focuses on the leads you already have.

  • How can I know if Reservenow will work for me?

    Reservenow was designed by an industry veteran and tested over a period of time to ensure it is fail safe. Reservenow will work for any company that quotes retail customers for sedan, limousine, or charter work. It has proven its effectiveness for operators of all types in the market.

  • Must I stop giving prices over the phone?

    Absolutely not. Your best sales technique is to encourage a sale while you have a potential customer on the phone. If you don’t close over the phone, then a follow up email confirming the quote is the industry’s best practice.

  • What if a customer doesn’t want to provide their email address over the phone?

    At the conclusion of your conversation, tell the customer one of two things: a) You would like to confirm your quote in writing, and you would like to email that confirmation to them, or b) You would like to offer the customer a coupon, to be sent via email. If you choose option b), then you can set a small discount on the quote that will expire on the date you specify. Many companies set the coupon to expire within 24 to 48 hours.

  • I have only one limo bus, how can I avoid double bookings if I have several quotes out for the same date?

    In the vehicle configuration setting you can prevent double bookings. The system will automatically prevent customers from double-booking a vehicle.

  • I have three limousine buses, can all three be booked on the same date?

    Only if that is what you want. In the vehicle configuration settings you can allow your vehicles to be booked regardless of other reservations. A system alert will notify you when you when a new booking is in conflict with an outstanding offer. That gives you the flexibility of keeping those offers outstanding or bulk cancelling those offers if you book outside the system.

  • What if I book a vehicle outside the system?

    This is the ONLY manual work you need to do between two systems, and it takes less than 30 seconds. You can cancel outstanding quotes at any time due to a change in your vehicle availability. Further, your quote expiration settings allow you to specify how long your customers have to book before their offers expire. This setting, along with other features, results in almost zero manual work.

  • If someone emails a quote request to me, I would rather just respond to them with my email service like I already do. Must I now copy and paste that email into Reservenow to retain the email string?

    NO. Although you can copy and paste the original email quote request from your present email system, you don’t have to. Instead, you can create a quote, and then copy and paste the URL of the quote into your email service. Reservenow clients who are reluctant to abandon their current email service for sending quotes appreciate this feature very much.
